What a ServiceNow Build request carries, and what comes back.
A ServiceNow request usually spans more than one platform area, because a working feature rarely lives in just one. Adding an approval step can touch a status model, a transition permission, a business rule, and a notification, and those are applied as a coordinated set rather than as separate edits.
What comes back names the components that changed. Reading it is how you confirm the whole feature landed rather than part of it.
