AI Software Modernization Platform

The opposite of
vibe coding.

Prompting your way to something that runs is no longer the hard part. BlueGenAI is built for the harder discipline: modernizing the systems an organisation depends on, into software it can sign off on, maintain, and audit.

Build Enterprise Grade Applications your Organization demands

01

Traceability

Back to well-clarified requirements.

Every project starts from a Common Application Blueprint (CAB), a specification generated from your own documents and source code, which you review and correct.

02

Carefully planned stages

Interlocked functionality, built in sequence.

Work is broken into Tickets and grouped into Epics, each Epic a wave in a deliberate build order.

03

Build Fast with Confidence

Engineered to the requirement, not to a guess.

The build agent works from the Ticket, the Epic, and the requirement behind them, so speed comes from knowing precisely what to build, not from cutting corners. Every change it makes stays traceable to the line of specification that asked for it, and the engineering conventions it follows are fixed rather than improvised per project.

04

Rigorous validation

Against well-defined acceptance criteria.

Acceptance criteria are written into User Stories, and App Testing exercises them against the running application.

These four fit together. The acceptance criteria that get tested are the ones written in the requirement that generated the Ticket, in the Epic that set its place in the build. Nothing in that chain is added afterwards to make the work look organised.

AI Speed, Enterprise Discipline.

Join at any step

BlueGenAI follows the Software Delivery Lifecycle to ensure projects follow the approval gates customers demand.

STEP 01

Upload

A solicitation, a requirements pack, an existing codebase, or all three.

STEP 02

Generate a CAB

The platform writes the specification, including what your source material left undecided.

STEP 03

Edit it

Stakeholder and SME input refines the CAB. Every change goes through review until it’s right.

STEP 04

Generate Tickets

The corrected specification becomes units of work, grouped into Epics.

STEP 05

Build

The build agent works the Epics in order, wave by wave, against the requirement behind each Ticket.

STEP 06

Test & deploy

The agent tests against acceptance criteria and gives you a URL.

This is the ideal flow, but while each phase interoperates, a builder may start anywhere along the path.
